• What is Alesta?

  Alesta is an AI CMO workspace. It starts with a company domain, evaluates available public evidence, creates a reviewable marketing baseline, and gives the team structured outputs it can inspect and correct.

• What happens after I enter a domain?

  The hostname is preserved through signup without being placed in a public URL. After the product attaches it to your workspace, the free profiling flow begins in the background and available results arrive progressively.

• What can the free domain baseline include?

  The current flow can build a working company profile, mobile and desktop PageSpeed observations, Chrome UX field data when Google has enough eligible samples, homepage and SEO observations, competitor candidates, product information, marketing strategy, and an llms.txt orientation-file draft.

• What does a public-domain review not know?

  It does not automatically know private analytics, CRM data, revenue, product usage, customer interviews, budgets, or internal operating constraints. Backlink enrichment and observed AI mention measurement are outside the launch baseline.

• Does Alesta publish campaigns or post to external accounts?

  No. The verified launch experience prepares and organizes reviewable work. It does not automatically publish posts, send email, change ad accounts, or schedule recurring execution.

• Can I correct what Alesta inferred?

  Yes. The workspace is designed for review. You can correct company context, validate competitor candidates, inspect evidence states, and review generated documents. Some bounded workspace actions depend on plan, role, and availability.

• Why can a panel be partial or unavailable?

  Public sources and providers have coverage limits. A site may not qualify for Chrome UX field data, a provider may return no usable evidence, or a source may be temporarily unavailable. Alesta keeps those states distinct from a measured zero.

• How long does the first profiling run take?

  The work runs asynchronously and results can arrive at different times. Alesta shows progress and availability instead of promising one universal completion time for every domain.

• How do credits work?

  Credits meter eligible paid workspace actions at 1 credit = $0.01. Free includes a one-time 300-credit allowance and Pro includes 10,000 credits each month. The free profiling run itself is zero-rated and does not draw on them.

• What happens when a workspace runs out of credits?

  Paid workspace actions pause until capacity returns at the next reset. Everything already built, including the baseline and the working documents, stays readable and correctable.

• Can I change or cancel a paid plan?

  Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately with a prorated charge. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and the workspace keeps its paid capacity until then.

• Who processes payments?

  Paid checkout runs on Stripe. Card details go to Stripe directly and are never stored by Alesta. The Free plan needs no payment card at all.
